In this deck there are four extra cards, one for each suit. The corner indicies read X and they are titled Serpent. You can put them aside like you would a joker, use them instead of a numbered card (for example replace the 10's with Serpents), use them along with the normal deck and adjust the rules of your game to accommodate them, or make up entirely new games. It is our hope that you will get inventive with these cards. If you find fun uses, send them to us. We will be posting suggested rules variants and new games on the Pegleg Pete's Rules page.
